12A four-stage training plan

Stage 1: Learn without placing orders

On ten historical chart sections, mark the grid and decide whether direction, slope and separation pass. Hide future candles.

Stage 2: Replay a fixed sample

Write the rules first, then examine at least 100 consecutive qualifying opportunities across trending, ranging and volatile periods. Log rejected setups separately. If stop and target both occur within one candle, flag it and report the conservative outcome.

Stage 3: Keep an unseen test

Reserve a later period before you adjust anything. Any rule change gets a new name and is tested on unseen data.

Stage 4: Forward demonstration

Run the unchanged version for at least four weeks. Compare expected fills with available prices and note missed orders.
